This playtest allows for enchancements upon reaching the levels of Master and Grand Master. You must be those levels and can not use a workshop to obtain those levels.
Scroll Making Enhancement playtest
1)
To increase the
value of the scroll making skills.
2) To allow more roleplay based on levels of your ability
3) To give Master and Grand Master levels more advancement
Upon reaching a Master Scroll Maker (10 levels of scroll making), one can make special scrolls that allow for a double incant. These master crafted scrolls allow you to cast the same spell (whatever is on the scroll) twice in a row. The second spell must be cast as soon as the completion of the first one. There is a 3 second time limit where the magic is still infused by reading the scroll. These scrolls do take more points to make and cost 1.5 times the cost of making a normal scroll (rounding up).
For example, a Disarm scroll cost 4 production points to make. If you were to want to a make a master crafted disarm scroll it would cost you 6 production points to make.
These scrolls must be labeled as “master crafted” on the scroll phys rep and the phys rep must either be made of red material, colored red, or have red duct tape on it.
Upon reaching Grand Master Scroll Maker (20 levels of scroll making), one can make special scrolls that allows you to cast a 9th circle spell. These scrolls have a production cost of 40 points, and the list of spells that can be turned into scrolls are as follows.

Potion Making Enhancement playtest

Upon reaching a Master Potion Maker (10 levels of Potion making), one can make special potions that allow for a double effect. These master crafted potions allow you to mix the two different spells to be cast at the same time. The second spell is cast as soon as the completion of the first one. These potions do take more points to make and cost 1.5 times the cost of making the most expensive potion (rounding up). The same potion can not be put together.
For example, a cure light potion cost 4
production points to make, and an unparalyze potion cost 32 production points
to make. If you were to want to a make a
master crafted cure light / unparalyze potion it would cost you 48 production
points to make.
For another example, a cure light potion cost
4 production points to make, and a cure wounds potion cost 8 production points
to make. If you were to want to a make
a master crafted cure light / cure wound potion it would cost you 12 production
points to make and heal you for 15 damage total.
These potions must be labeled as “master crafted” on the potion phys rep (if possible) and the phys rep must either be made of red material, colored red, or have red duct tape on it. THIS PHYS REP MUST BE USED WITH THESE POTIONS, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE TYPES OF PHYS REPS AND YOU HAVE THE POTIONS THEY CAN AND WILL BE TAKEN BY A MARSHAL.

To give Master and
Grand Master levels more advancement Upon
reaching a Master Alchemist (10 levels of Alchemy), one has learned to understand
how a gas globe is made and understand what can be done to catch it without
it shattering. Starting at level 10
and for every 5 levels after that the alchemist will get a physical ricochet
with alchemy gasses. This allows the
alchemist to catch the globe and redirect it to a new target without taking
the effect. The redirect must be done
immediately (less than 2 secs) upon being hit.
If the alchemist does not throw a globe at something with gas in that
time the alchemist will take the effect. For example, Taha the Tantalizing has 10 levels
of alchemy and therefore has one physical ricochet. Bob the Brute attacks throwing a sleep gas poison
at him. It hits him and he immediately
says “Ricochet sleep gas poison” and throws a gas globe (orange packet) back
at Bob who takes the effect and falls asleep. For another example, Taha the Tantalizing
has 10 levels of alchemy and therefore has one physical ricochet. Bob the Brute attacks throwing a sleep gas
poison at him. It hits him and he
fumbles for a gas globe (orange packet) for more than 2 seconds. He knows it has taken to long for him to
ricochet so he takes the effect and falls asleep. Notes:
You must call Ricochet (and the gas type). You must have a hand free and available
to use the Ricochet. You must actually throw a globe after calling Ricochet.
The
best solution is to actually catch the alchemy packet that is thrown at you
and throw it someplace else. Upon
reaching Grand Master Alchemy Maker (20 levels of alchemy making), one has
learned how to mix chemicals correctly to make acid into a weapon. With this
knowledge you can make the below items. Each one of these items costs 40 production
points to make. 30

though these items are not gases they still must be represented by orange
packets, as they were made by alchemy and still use the alchemic glass globes.
These items can never be used in a traps. **30
physical acid does not destroy or shatter, it is simply a damage type**
**Mana Potions restore mana levels. A level 9 mana potion will restore 1 level
9 spell, or 9 level 1 spells or any combination that equals to 9**

Trap Making Enhancement playtest
Objective

value of the Trap Making.
2) To allow more roleplay based on levels of your ability
3) To give Master and Grand Master levels more advancement
Upon reaching a Master Trap Maker (10 levels of Trap Making), one has learned to understand how a fire/acid/explosive trap is made and understand what can be done to pack more into a smaller space. This allows ALL the trap phsy reps from the trap maker to be half the size of the required size from the Nero Rule book. This is only in effect on traps that are made by the trap maker or another trap maker with master level. Goblin production will not be consider master traps. These traps must be have a “Master” on the phys rep and tag. This excludes gas and weapon traps.
Upon reaching a Grand Master Trap Maker (20 levels of Trap Making), one has learned to understand how a fire/acid/explosive trap is word and understand what can be done to increase the range of these traps to 10 feet. These traps are Master Crafted and need to be labeled as such. The phsy rep must either be made of red material, colored red, or have red duct tape on it. This excludes gas and weapon traps. These traps cost 1.5 times the cost of a normal trap.
